Forces Of Destiny Discovers Diversity

I’ve previously discussed Forces of Destiny, where Lucasfilm answered SJW cries for equal representation and gender equality with an animated web series that focuses exclusively on female leads.

But in Season 2 Episode 7 of the series, entitled The Path Ahead, Forces of Destiny discovers diversity with the inclusion of a male lead; Luke Skywalker:

Maybe this could open the door for a web series that focuses on male leads.  Who am I kidding?

Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.

  1. I haven’t heard of this, not surprising since my only video source is Netflix. Do the characters have interesting stories or do they fall into the lazy TLJ trap of making men look bad so that the women are superior by comparison? I like this clip with Luke a lot. Is that Mr. Hamill himself doing both voices?

    • This clip is the entire thing I believe. It’s a web series, so the episodes are very short. Luke is a little whiny in this one, but to be fair Luke was always a little whiny before ROTJ. Hamill did do the voice on this.

  2. Hmmm…

‘Jyn Erso comes to the aid of a little girl bullied by stormtroopers.’

‘After seeing that the Ewoks are hungry, Leia asks Han to barter for rations with Hera Syndulla.’

‘Sabine allows Ketsu to borrow her speeder bike.’

…and these are canon now, God help us.

    • Well, the good thing that what Disney unwittingly did, is label genuine Star Wars with the Legends moniker, which makes it real easy to separate and find.

Non-Lucas Star Wars isn’t cannon in my book.
